Been eating muesli for breakfast the past few days. (because its yum) A serving size is horrendously small! 😂😂 Don't eat muesli unless you want to eat multiple servings (to gain weight) or if you want to be hungry, or if you have a small breakfast appetite. Big bowl of oats much more filling for less calories.

I tried it yesterday morning and when i logged my meals it clocked 300+ calories for one cup 😫😫😫… i swore to NEVER have muesli again 🤞🏾🤞🏾
