Diario de anicolet, 14 mar. 07

Well been really bad with working out. Been so busy lately running here and there just don't feel like I have the energy. Was all geared up to come home from work today and workout and now all I want to do is lay down and watch tv. Maybe my lack of energy is due to the fact of not working out, I know I always feel better when I do it.
Getting annoyed to with the fact of I seem to only lose right after that time of month then maybe a 1-1 1/2 during the month. Seems like the goal for the cruise won't happen. I am however focused on a different goal-5lbs and I hit my 20lb mark and under 160mark which would be awesome.

For me, it helps to not allow myself any downtime until the very end of the day. That way my workout just becomes part of my schedule, and I really miss it if I don't do it. I almost don't feel complete at the end of the day, and it even makes me a little depressed. You are doing so great with losing!! I know it's slow, but it's steady, and it's going the right direction. Push yourself as hard as you possibly can to get over the hump. You might surprise yourself with what you can do!! :-)

I'm sorry that our little pact to workout didn't work out!! I am feeling the same way- lethargic. I am going to see if I can carve a walk into my schedule this afternoon instead of waiting for the evening.

I just found a great "Yoga with weights" program on TV. Perhaps you all have a similar show where you live. It's convenient and fairly simple, just 1 lb weights and a mat.
