This morning I hopped on the scale and wasn't really sure what to expect to be honest. my weight has been like a bouncy ball recently that it could be anything.
so I was happy to see 59.5 it is a small drop vs yesterday and a pretty decent result for now. At least it's in the correct direction this morning.
I have been upping my fats and proteins and limiting my net carbs a bit more than usual but not in a way to disrupt my day to day life. whatever I do needs to fit my lifestyle overall.
and I felt that yesterday I was so full most of the day but had to eat a bit extra to cross the 1000 calorie line - but even with everything I ate I was just over at about 1100 which I find a bit too low. but I just wasn't hungry.
so let's see how the rest of the week goes :-) for now a good today :-)
