64 to go! Been at the beach since last night, eating according to my plan! Yay!

Weigh in is in roughly 48 hours and I am ready to see how my hard work pays off!!


Thinking about adding a few more calories into everyday depending on how the weigh in goes. I enrolled in a challenge to lose 25 by July 4th. I don't think I should lose quite that much, I'll be down to 120. I will see how this 10lb challenge turns out and what I think of my physique. I must say I was hoping for more interaction thru this website and the group I joined. Any words of encouragement out there? Any one reading this?? I will keep writing for the next week at least. Even w no responses. It seems to keep me thinking positively about my dedication.
