well yesterday I gained .2 and today lost .4. I expect it to go up and down which I am ok with. I just enjoy it when I see the scale go down. We ate out the other night which is why I figured I gained the .2. They always have hidden sugar no matter how hard I try to ask all the questions and ask to leave things off. I think they add extra salt too, which bloats me. And I didn't get in all the water I have been drinking in yesterday, so I am happy with the .4 loss. I am still tinkering to see what I can eat to get the carb level where it needs to be. Thats the fun stage of atkins but it will be worth it when I figure it all out. But then it will proable change once I learn it...hehe I still have not added in any bacon or food with nitrates. I have added in the almonds again and so far that is going good. Haven't added back in the bars, not sure I am ready for that.
