Wow!!! This week has really been difficult. I knew it was going to be hard but...WOW. Feeling the effects of sugar detox...bad headache and very tired. But, today I think I may be coming out of the fog.
107,0 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 1,8 kg.    Aún para ir: 43,5 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

Aww sorry about the headache. They also often make one feel like in a fog, been there. It's so hard to focus on what one needs to be doing.

Thank you Encouraged...I can hear my body now...lol Wholefoodnut...You're right it's been hard to focus. But, I'm gonna ride the storm out.

Hang in there on the no sugar, it does make a difference. I use some in my bread because it helps with the yeast and texture when you use all whole grains and seeds. Otherwise I buy sugar for the hummer feeders and I started a couple batches of wine.
