Diario de loosinisfun, 14 may. 09

goooood morning everyone!!!...wow...what a storm last night...well more like in the early am hours this morning...glad its over with...lots an lots of lightening an rain...hate when we have storms like that in the early hours when you cant see whats comin...we get a day of no rain an then more again tomw...im sure as it gets warmer ther will be a time we will be wishin for rain but right now would just be nice not to have it every other day...give the ground time to soak it up....yard is so bad you cant walk acrost it without leaving foot impressions, an really bad when you ride the lawn mower acrost it an it leaves tire tracks...or worse muddy tire tracks..o well..has nothin to do with eating..just the way it is..lol...didnt really get alot of exercise yesterday sprinkled off an on most of yesterday..did get a short 1/4 mile walk in with brian after we delivered a car...we walked bck to his house..we got bck to his house an he was sayin how he was starting to sweat...i was sayin o come on lets go another 6 times so i will have my steps in...lol...he said go ahead...il watch you...hes always tellin me how he can outdo me...i think hes blowin hot air...lol...guess im just gonna have to take him up next time he challanges me to running like he did yesterday...put him in his place...lol...im sure he would have an excuse...im really surprised he walked yesterday cause he had boots on...but he said ok lets do it..an we did..hes thinner then me, but i think im in better shape...keep tryin to get him to work out with me..but its not his thing...or better yet ...i start my day alot earlyer then he likes to drag himslf outta bed...another busy day today...and not sure if i will get any kind of a walk in...might have to put the couch to 5k on hold till the weather clears up...i really do enjoy doing it..but just cant stay in the habit as long as we are having all the rain like we are from day to day...but i did download all 9 weeks of them...so i do plan on gettin into the habit of it...soon as the days have a lack of rain in them...eating an weight are about the same...well guess i need to get up an do a few things around the house..then might get on the floor an do my crunches..get them over with for the day...lest get those done...i did use hand weights yesterday just to try an work a kink in my shoulder out..must of helped its gone today...lol...have a great day everyone!!!!....

Haha! I would love to see Brian actually take you on for that challenge! I know you would totally beat him. You are probably in better shape even if you do weigh more. There are a lot of really skinny people I know but once they exercise they can't outlast me. It's sad, really. Go Mike!!!
