Oouf, the craving for some pancakes, waffles with toppings, a whole big breakfast - you name it, is reeeal this morning. First big craving attack so far I would say lol. As hard as it is, I’m trying to keep my focus on my goal to be healthier, have more energy and regain control of my body ☺️. Still going to make myself a yummy breakfast- just a healthier version one☝🏼😌.
