Disappointed...
I've been trying to be really good. I've watched what I ate, I've started going to the gym again...
What the heck?
Oh well. Just keep swimming, just keep swimming,...

swimming is a super calorie burner---easy on the joint and super tough on the muscles---i used to do an hour straight in my pool and it felt like my limbs were falling off and my chest and back were going to explode.

Peeking at the days you logged your food it could be all the sodium causing fluid retention.

I wish I could swim again. My gym doesn't have a pool and I can't afford the one in my town that has one...yet. It might be in my best interest to budget the extra $20 a month, huh?
Hmm you're right, I have been taking in a lot of sodium. Part of the problem is that the cheaper foods are loaded with it. I need to cut back, but I haven't figured out a way to eat cheaply and cut out crappy foods entirely. No joke, I will eat ramen so my children can eat real food. At least I'm not skipping meals...lol.

If you can stay away from boxed and can food. Whole foods are inexpensive. Think fresh fruits and veggies. No processed meats.
