Diario de WendyCav, 06 abr. 11

YES! with just a few adjustments made over the last few days, it seems my appitite seems better. I believe I have not been consuming enough calories and trying to force myself to eat while gaging it down. It is after dinner and I have made some good snack choices today and I am still hungry. I will actually be able to have another snack with the rest of my water and make my calorie count for the day YEAH YEAH YEAH YEAH! Now lets hope the scale like the change!

Comentarios 
If you continue to be hungry, up your good fats and proteins like butter, Mayo, Olive Oil, just to name a few. Also watch the processed meats. They have nitrates in them that cause some to stall. Try too to get in between 12-15 carbs of foundation veggies. This should give you a good boost. Hang in ther and yes, you can do this.:)

I am very happy that I am hungry! I have been having a hard time getting in enough calories! YEAH I AM HUNGRY AND I CAN TRY AND GET CLOSE TO MY RDI WITH OUT GAGING!
