Hit 209.5 lbs this morning!
I can actually remember when I originally hit 210 lbs on the way up to my top weight of 245 lbs. It was back in 2002!
This feels awesome!
Going to hit the street for 2-3 miles today during the first half of my lunch break and have a lean cuisine meal, apple, pretzels, pineapple jello in my lunch box for when I get back.
199 lbs, here I come!
