gooooooooood morning everyone!!!!...wakin up to 47 this morning...but gonna go for a morning walk after while..not a bit sore from the workout yesterday...going to go for just a walk this morning, an then tomow do my couch to 5k workout...one day on, one day off...have decided instead of doing it for 2 weeks, might do it for 3, and then switch to the second weeks workout...get my body good an use to each workout before going to the next podcasts and build my muscles up more... kept busy yesterday ..after i did a morning workout then did some errands, then at noon started cuttin grass...picked a great day to do it..was in the 60s..alot of the neighbors decided to do the same thing as tonight they are callin for rain once again...for the next several days..only good thing about all the rain..i have a better boy mator plant thats already 2.5 foot tall...all of the mator plants are growin like weeds, but the better boy is bushier then the others..and looks like mabye a better plant right now...well need to get up an get breakfast in me so i can get pair of sweat pants on today, since the temps arent as warm as other mornings...so..hope your all doing great...have a greattttttt day!!!
