Diario de SabiSabi, 04 abr. 11

Did some squats on Thursday with 10 pound weight on my shoulders and my legs and butt ached all through the weekend, it felt really really bad but they're feeling about 95% better now. Didn't workout Friday-Sunday, but did do some pretty extensive housework today that actually made me sweat, LOL.. I wish the exercise diary had options like "floor scrubbing by hand".

Yay, I still lost half a pound. Trying my best to lay off of the carbs lately, I think I've been eating too many but it seems all we ever have in the house to eat is cereal and milk.

edit: Mmmm.. well I didn't feel bad until I saved my weigh in and saw it tell me: "At that rate it will take you about 84 months [7 years!!!] to get to your goal weight." lol, thanks Fatsecret.. now I know I gotta step it up.
