Feeling a little down in the dumps on this lovely Monday morning. Went for my hour (fast paced)walk at lunch and enjoyed it. Just got the munchies this afternoon for some reason. Hopefully i can stay under on calories for the day got to work hard at home on housework tonight and I may run low on energy--HOPE NOT BECAUSE THAT MAKES ME MORE HUNGRY!
