1. I eliminated 2-4 packages of peanut butter crackers per night after learning each package was 150 calories. 2. I eliminated the one Pepsi Cola per night as it at 150 calories and the crackers totaled 750 calories. 3. I replaced this evening snack with broccoli, celery, carrot, cucumber, cauliflower, etc. 4. My doctor recommended using hummus as a dip instead of Philadelphia cream cheese.
12/21/21 1. In addition to above items, I am starting to play closer attention to caloric intake. I am now working to stay below 1500 calories per day.
Supplemental: Raw Cauliflower with humus is filling and seems to be easy on the digestive tract.
