I thought I would keep track of my food here. (Easier than entering it into a calorie counter, since I'm not counting calories anyway!)
So far, today I've had probably 1/2 to 1/4 pound of turkey breast and 2 egg whites scrambled with fat free cheddar, this
DELICIOUS Dukan carrot cake recipe with my own neufchatel cream cheese icing (neufchatel, nonfat milk, and sweetener to taste), and turkey tagine (turkey breast, cinnamon, ginger, tumeric, paprika, sea salt, onion...baked).
I'm going to make "pizza" stuffed peppers for dinner (green peppers stuffed with reduced fat turkey ham, turkey bacon, turkey pepperoni,onion,and reduced fat mozzarella cheese topped with homemade pizza sauce). I may also make sugar free crustless cheesecake for dessert...NY style topped with Walden Farms' 0 calorie, 0 carb raspberry jam.
For liquids, I've had a couple of diet Dr. Peppers and a TON of Moroccan mint tea (green tea bag, mint tea bag, sweetener).
