I actually have a bigger loss because I weighed myself Sunday, I think, and it was 178._. I’m thankful that it went back down. I know a lot was inflammation and some water weight; but I didn’t make it to the gym last week before my accident and obviously not able to go this week because of my accident. Even though I haven’t had the energy to do much, including getting on here to log, I’ve tried to maintain a healthy mindset and eating habits, especially taking into consideration that my movement & activity is very limited right now.
Praise Jesus for helping me through this and for helping me keep a sound mind.
