Diario de Splwolf, 30 mar. 11

kicking my own butt this afternoon. The work meal was on and I had already paid for it so I retardly ate like I normally would and by the end of lunch I have already consumed as many calories as I did the entire day yesterday and none of it was overly good for me.

I will have to rememdy this and remember how I feel at this moment.
