When I was looking up a video to help someone else, I came across this video, and it really has stuck with me. It's about alcohol and dieting.
Alcohol and DietingI need to make it a special occaision and not a habit. 3 days now I have not been exercising or eating healthy, which is in part to little red riding hood. I need to find a way to not give in to those cravings as well.
