Good morning to all my friends. I went to 24Hr Fitness last night. The new one they just built is very nice. I'm excited b/c they offer a spin class, yoga and pilates. Even though I'll be teaching a little yoga, I really like going to other people's classes...they seem to push me harder. I've never done a spin class and have always wanted to. I'm so ready to change it up a little...hopefully it will keep my body guessing so I don't hit a plateau. I haven't hit one yet, so hopefully this will stir things up a bit! Diet is still going great...no cheating.
It's funny...I had a dream the other night that I was eating a chocolate icing covered chocolate cookie and a cupcake...uh, can you say I was craving chocolate???? I felt so guilty that when I woke up, I really thought I had cheated. I had to sit there for a second and really think..."Did I eat that, or was I dreaming?" So crazy I know!!! Luckily, it was a dream and I'm holding strong. After this week, only 4 weeks left!!! I can't believe it. I can't wait to take my measurements this Saturday...I'm counting down the days!!
