This has been a very stressful week. Monday and Tuesday during the day the veterinarian ran tests on our almost 12 year old Lab mix. Unfortunately the final diagnosis was metastatic Sarcoma, lungs, spleen and neck. Knowing that as responsible and loving pet parents there was only one choice. Echo joined her brother chasing bunnies in the big afterlife pasture. Many tears and much stress.
This morning I had a needle biopsy of my right breast by a rude and heavy-handed Dr.
Tomorrow is my day to pamper myself, hair and mani pedi.
Saturday I judge my Granddaughter's debate tournament. Looking forward to it, but the last time I judged was when her mom was in the high school. Lot of changes!
I've avereraged under calories and met my sleep goals so far this week. My activity level has been low as I have been down and stressed. Not the best response but temporary! I am proud of myself for not reverting back to bad food choices and not sleeping in reaction to tough times. I will be back on the right track next week!
