Finally got a good night sleep last night and forced myself up around 10:30 to get some breakfast, which I normally don't do. I need to develop a habit of eating something in the mornings when I get up, especially on days off. On work mornings I get up at 5:15am and generally don't eat until 9:30am when I take my first break, so I guess I'll have to work on that too.
