How do I cut down on carb? OR do I need them?

I was looking at your foods. Is that right on the Sara Lee bread? That's a ton of carbs. If you want to cut carbs, cut out breads, of all kinds. Pasta's, potatoes, rice, Reese puffs ;) etc. etc. Anything with sugar, flour,.. read labels. Do you need carbs? That depends on who you listen to. I do not do low carb, I count calories but I do try to not let my carbs be out of control, which in turn keeps the calories lower. If it has carbs, it's high in calories. The lower the carbs the more full you stay. Eat baked meats, veggies and fruits. You'll lose really fast, I'm sure. But dang, still can't get over the carbs it has listed for that Sara Lee bread!!! If you choose the right foods, you can eat way more and still keep calories low and you will feel and stay full for longer. Good Luck.
