Been feeling really depressed this week. I've only been feeling OK while exercising. And ofc I can't just exercise the whole day long. It's torture counting down the hours/day before I can exercise again. 😢 I've tried other distractions/fun/hobbies but nothing is working at the moment.

Walking! It saved me during the pandemic. Take a cheap cellphone along, and take photos everywhere. A 2 hour walk is 10 to 12 kilometers, and works wonders for mind and body. You'll be amazed at how different the world looks like early in the morning when walking, compared to driving with a car the same route. Especially old houses look really like art that time of day.

@Beste Yeah, I love walking but unfortunately I can't walk longer than 15 minutes without causing inflammation (which takes weeks to go away again) Currently recovering from a slow healing pelvic injury.
