While in MA last weekend, I fell out of my food recording habit. I started again today & can make good educated guesses about what I consumed the last few days. I have not worked out in days, but I will be hitting the bike after I eat something substantial for dinner. I'm too hungry to do it now. Maybe an english muffin with peanut butter, nutella, and a banana. Although that's a lot of calories and carbs, I definitely need it right now.
