Diario de Tamielyn, 22 mar. 11

Days like today are just frustrating. I want to be able to do a little more on the treadmil but it seams like once I decide to do something extra another part of my body hurts, especially with my feet and legs. I started out with my feet hurting up into my legs. I got that fixed and now my leg is bothering me. It feels like my muscle in my leg is going just tear in half. Then again it could be the bone. I'm not sure which but I do know it almost collapsed while on the treadmill. I know it hasn't been that long since I started exercising but I would think I would be able to make a little more progress than this. It's like my body is working against me. I've lost almost 10lbs but sometimes body wise I don't feel like. When are suppose to start feeling better?
