Diario de Love_Salubrious, 20 oct. 21

Feeling great. Been following a diet I creates using Yogic practices and is helping me have much more control when it comes to food. I feel less bloated, more energy, sleeping well, and causing a decent calorie deficit. Calling it the Yogi Diet. Test run for one week on day 5 as of now. If by Friday I am still loving it...I will continue.

The Yogi diet, does it include a two hour nap from 1-4? In theory, there is no difference between theory and practice. In practice there is. (Two Yogi Berra quotes off top of head if anyone is confused)
