Happy Birthday! I'll be 39 this Wednesday. :0 Hope you had a good one. Sorry your last couple have weeks have been rough. I've missed you around here! 

I've missed you too, and others. I miss the social support. But I needed to unclog my head. Going to talk to the Herbal Magic people tonight, I know a few ppl who have done it and it worked for them really well, so we'll see. All I know is that I am sick of being grouchy, sick of not being able to wear my clothes, and use the gift cards I have for new clothes, sick of feeling depressed, and sick of losing the weight, and then gaining it back because of not being able to work out. I know I am depressed, because I get tired, even when i have had 8 hours sleep, and I want to escape..I do not want to work or leave the house I want to escape in a good book and hide all day. Which are not good things.
