My goal. Lose weight.
How? Last year I cut the crap from my diet. No sugar in my coffee. Went from 4 healthy teaspoons to none over night.
Anything that contains High Fructose Corn Syrup. Gone.
Went low carb
I don’t really exercise any more except walking 10-15,000 steps2 or 3 times a week for work.
Last major change was eat nothing after 7pm. Just water.
Breakfast is a Ka’Chava drink

That holds me until after noon, lite lunch and a small dinner before 6:30. After that , only water. Lots of water.
Don’t drink diet drinks. That crap will kill you.
