anyone got any good excercises for shifting the menopause belly

Mine was lockdown and menopause induced. Had to really focus on cutting calories , no more lock down treats! Plus lots of core exercises, planks in all their forms etc combined with cardio. Turbo trainer then swimming when pools opened. It wasnt/isn't easy. Good luck 👍😀

I am starting to concentrate on that too. I'm going to add moving more and core strength exercises to my plan and see what happens over the next 90 days. Good luck.

I am not as sharp as I was premenopause and to maintain where I am at is taking more effort than ever before. But worth it. I won't give in to it😊👍

Running seems to be gradually shifting mine Tebbs, and reducing carbs is helping too. I agree with Ann it takes more effort, but seeing the results is definitely worth it. Good luck 🙂
