Diario de Bash17, 28 sep. 21

Good morning, my friends! Today is my fasting day. I am trying to skip eating one day a week. Believe it or not, it is easier than reduced calories diet. So, today is my fasting day. Black coffee only and water. Sometimes it feel like I never loose wait and all my sacrifice results in just not to gain more.This time I reduced calories and do fasting, hopefully it will work. And thank you very much for all your support!👍

Also some light cardio such as walking or low impact exercise

Good morning!☀️☕️I am still fasting and it does work ( not as successful as I thought though). What happened before, I think , I are more calories the rest of the week and just had yo-yo effect. And I do have elliptical at the house, which I use at list once a week ( I know , should do more!) Anyway, it’s a beautiful day to enjoy!
