Thanks guys, mainly to keep your body moving. I have a personal trainer that I see 2 times a week and we focus on each muscle group. 10mins stepper to warm up (i am to unbalanced on a treadmill lol) and then we start our session. I'm doing strength training at the moment however it is mainly diet as well a balanced meal, getting in enough protein and good fats and less carbs. I went to a dietitian to help me with balance as I was eating healthy but portions to big. Sometimes it just portion control as well, you dont have to starve yourself just eat smart at the right times and you wont be hungry but I know easier said than done. I've been there
