Green smoothie recipe: 2 cups almond milk, 2 cups spinach, 1 cup kale, 1-2 cups frozen mixed berries to your desired consistency, 1/2 scoop pea protein powder (or any porting powder, 1 table spoon peanut butter (or almond butter, or even one piece dark chocolate). Use as meal replacement. It's so yummy! Blend almond milk with greens first until liquid-y, and then add the rest. I also sometime add a banana and use less dozen berries.
