I did it! I got out of my plateau!! Goodbye 145! We had a good three weeks but it's time for me to move on!!!!

142?!!! Wow! This is pretty spectacular!! Thank you green smoothies with pea protein powder. And special thanks to homemade broccoli soup and mashed cauliflower. I couldn't have done it without you in my life this week.

Here you go, Mimi! Green smoothie recipe: 2 cups almond milk, 2 cups spinach, 1 cup kale, 1-2 cups frozen mixed berries to your desired consistency, 1/2 scoop pea protein powder (or any porting powder, 1 table spoon peanut butter (or almond butter, or even one piece dark chocolate). Use as meal replacement. It's so yummy! Blend almond milk with greens first until liquid-y, and then add the rest. I also sometime add a banana and use less dozen berries.

And thighsbegone: I think I jumped off the plateau by staying focused on my caloric daily intake and making an effort to eat more veggies, adding them to my smoothies and eating mashed cauliflower instead of mashed potatoes. When I've hit a plateau I just up my attempts to eat healthier. Cooking my own food helps tons too.

:D It very well should. It's so easy to make! All you need is broccoli, salt and water. Everything else is an add-on. At least I see it that way. I have the soup just like that and the calories are super low.
