Two days on the road - I’m sure my salt intake skyrocketed (even despite being very careful about food choices.). This is my last full day before my wife is back from her trip - then the real challenge begins because she isn’t dieting with me. Down 8.8 in about 2 weeks and feeling good! Time to run 🏃!
