Im really stuffed and ready to get back to normal eating! lol that's eating loads of vegies again and weight watcher puddings down to just two a day! I ve already lost weight in a day just over 3 pounds as I have been back to ork and lugging about loads of boxes and pushing heavy trolleys about! Im fed up of yo yo ing so Im trying to keep within the normal allowance so I m just eating healthly! if I can!
