Thanks ! ,I need a little boost...trying to get this weight off ...a partial shoulder replacement, a prior diagnosis of fibromyalgia and good ol' menopause has lead to my adding on the pounds...trying to get in a positive frame of mind and not use the same old excuses...I think ...I ate my way into this...I CAN EAT MY WAY OUT!!!
