Had a good day going till the fish fry happened......My, the calories add up quickly!

Enjoyed reading the entries about eating the dark cherries and lo and behold--my husband brought some home from the grocery store! Very yummy and sweet!

Slept for 10 hours last night! That hasn't happened in a long time. Musta needed it bad! Did my Biggest Loser workout this morning. Have decided that I HAVE to do my workouts in the morning before I start any other projects because probably 75% of the time I never get around to the workouts before I run out of day...I say I'll do it next but always seem to start another task instead (hence, no workout). The Biggest Loser's CardioCrush CD is definately one of the hardest of them all! The warm-up segment is harder than many video sessions. I was sweating A LOT by the time I finished the first segment. UMPTEEN squats, lunges, push-ups and burpees! Finishing an hour of that workout leaves me poopy-tired but very proud of my accomplishment. I DID IT!!!! YEA!!!!
