I had a totally kick-butt start to the week and some truly amazing workouts! I am starting to really gain some definition in my arms and I am sure I would be seeing some progress in my abs if shark week hadn't started today along with bloating.
I am feeling really good and I am super excited to finish this week strong on the workout side, even if I let the food slip a bit with the donuts and sweet things. I hope you all have a great rest of your week.
