Ouch! Finally hit my (2nd) goal weight and now I'm changing it again. It was nice to see the pretty blue line, but I've started running and want to run some 5k's this summer. I'm up to about 2.5k now, and it's getting easier each time I run to add a little distance. I decided '5k by my b'day' sounded good, so that gives me 4 months, and I actually think I'll be up to 5k by mid April. Then I can work on speed until July. That'll be easier to do at 126 than at 132 - so, I'll see how I look in my clothes as I lose the weight. Right now, I think 126 should be about perfect. If it's a little too skinny, I'll change it again. I'm also giving myself a few weeks at 132 to plateau and get my body use to this weight before dropping anymore. So far, the skin has stayed tight because I've lost it slowly and tried to do at least some resistance training the entire time. I won't post another weigh in for probably a month or so.
