Wow ... that 191 lbs decided to stick around! I am still in meetings today but had a quick break so decided to update my journal. I hope you are all doing very well. Things are going so well in this session, especially on the networking front with the key players in the project. On the food front ... I hate sandwich lunches and that is on tap today .... I may just eat the middle and the side salad that comes with it. Jeesh ... I will have to brown bag my lunch next time! I hope you are all having a great day!!!

My co-workers and family are used to it now...I pull the insides out of the sandwich all the time. I also pull the toppings off the pizza and throw the crust away. DH said he ate the insides out of his sandwich yesterday at lunch - that surpirsed me! Have a great day!

I ate a lot of the salad today and drank bottled water. I also ate sandwich innards ....tasted carby! oh well. Lesson learned. Better planning next time.

Google "salad in a jar", Jenn. They're a great way to "brown bag" a salad and not end up with a soggy mess by lunch time! Some Sundays, I make enough jars to last me all week, so I always have a huge quart-sized jar of salad when I need it.
