Diario de sheripickle, 04 mar. 11

Just an observation, but I think I need to increase my calories a bit.... after the road trip, with increased calories, but not overboard, I dropped a couple more pounds. But now being diligent and keeping them fairly low I am stuck again and floating between the same pound. Might try for a few days and see what happens!

Increasing calories might help. It looks like increasing calories from protein might be a good thing. It helps boost the metabolism.
