Glad did not gain more than I did on the two week break. I know I ate more than 1500 cal/day but was not bad because the break included the cruise my late husband had planned that I took with my daughters. I cancelled my membership with Curves and bought a bike with what I saved by ending membership fees. Need to get back on the diet/exercise wagon so I may make my goal.
67,5 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 6,0 kg.    Aún para ir: 9,9 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
