I hurt my back. I'm not sure if I did it at bellydance class or if it's from my attempt to do the pushup situp challange. I think probably class. It's hard for me to love certain ways and i fear I'll end up with my back in full spasm again, but I don't want to stop working out. Especially since we only have one class left before our performance. Argh!
