Is craving a hardees thickburger like mad! I might be bad tonight, and enjoy myself. I hate the idea of gaining back any of the weight, but I also really need something to comfort me right now, something really meaty and filling. Cottage cheese and fruit just ain't gonna cut it right now.

maybe make your own version at home, at least then you know what you have put in it!

I agree. I Like turkey burgers. Put some turkey bacon tomato fat free cheese and lite mayo if you want. Ketsup and mustard are relatively low in calories. Stay motivated you are doing so well even though you are in bed. I like to mix lipton onion soup mix in my meat then throw it on the George Forman:).
