just smashed my scales, by accident lol shattered into a million pieces, I'm thinking it's not a bad thing as iv started weighing myself several times a day. now I'll weigh in once a week at work fingers crossed I don't get too stressed from not weighing in all the time

Hi Heather thank you, I am needing a holiday fast. I'm deflated at the moment. Still it's only a month away. I will make it. I need a surgeon to cut out half a stone of fat and I'll be 100% happy then still one plods on. Have a good Saturday. Merry Mel.

Hello Heatherboardman, I am daft but I don't like been so heavy. I should weigh 8.2 stone. I weigh 8.11. That's 9lbs over weight. If you see that in fat it looks 😖. Since I weighed this morning I have cut my portions by half so I hope this helps. If I was talker it would be OK I am only 5 foot. Hope your are well. Doing my steps shortly. Have a good Sunday.
