Hi, I was browsing other Challenges and came accross this challenge and read your post. My Lord, you sound like me! My daughter is a year and a half old. The day I went into the hospital I weighed 198. I'd gained 50+++ pounds during pregnancy. Dropped 17 right away. The next ten were hard but they came off just by exercising, walking and eatting alright. That took forever. About a month ago I decided to get serious. I'm sick of having a closet full of pre-preggo clothes! Today is my day 14 and I've lost 5 pounds. I follow the portions fat shredder diet. I have a journal that I write in. I copied the portions blocks from the P90X book and taped it into the first 30 pages. Everyday I write what I'm eating and X out the blocks. I also write my exercise and how I'm feeling. I cheated yesterday..had some crackers and cheese when all my carbs were already used up and I also have a beer or drink a few times a week. ...and I still lost weight. Good luck to you. I'm sure you'll do great...
