I have an appointment today at 4:30pm for a Dexa scan for body comp analysis & RMR test. It will be interesting to compare the Dexa results with my little handheld body fat analyzer, to see if it's anywhere close to accurate. I'll post those results later, hopefully the clinic I'm going to will have some suggestions. Yeah, they'll probably try to sell me on some kind of program, and who knows? Maybe I'll take them up on it, depending on how bad things really are. Okay, that's probably being a little melodramatic, no need for all that.
In other news, the law school I work at is currently running an orientation for the brand new 1L students. In-person classes have resumed (thank GOD!), and we're all strongly encouraged to wear a mask, but they're not mandated yet. I got vaxxed, so I don't really want to wear a mask, but I have one with me just in case. However, I'm about to go stretch my legs outside, and won't be wearing a mask there. Stay safe, everybody!
