Well I realized that eating under 1500 calories does not work for me i was plataeuing and I guess straving my body. So i increased my calories I try to eat a little over 1500, tonight I over induldged, went out with one of my friends and decided to enjoy myself since I knew I'd be coming home to work out for an hour and a half and had exercies pervious to going out. I hope I can reach under 200 lbs by June 28th my birthday that is my newest goal!
