Hi all,

I am not quite back on track after some issues and a crash with my health.
Although, I did start a new core workout with my PT. This one I am posting is not quite what I do since I have very little leg strength but I love and it thought I would share it with you all.

Given I am an ex-athlete, I hope to see great improvements with my core strength (and maybe a return of that lovely six-pack) as I start returning to working out,

Here you go!

18 rounds of exercises 15 seconds and no rest in between

Exercises:
Plank
Up-down plank
Reaching plank
Side plank (both sides)
Side plank w. leg lifts (both sides)
Side plank (both sides)
V-sit
Slow russian twists w. reach
Russian twists
Bridge
Bridge w. leg lift (both sides)
Bikers
