so far i've lost half an inch off my hips and waist. thank god i'm back to my normal size. man it ain't easy but it is do-able. gotta stay focused. not eating anymore jus b/c i'm stressed b/c i haven't been stressed! thank god! my life is so calm right now. it should def. stay that way til i finish school this semester. then if i get summer drama from romantic involvements or whatnot; i still can't let that influence how i treat my body and my well being. about to go to the gym for an hour.
